My Catalyst
In 2010 I discovered I had a large baseball sized brain cancer through the sudden onset of grand mall seizures and a small stroke. I was able to dissolve the tumor naturally in just over 6 months through emotional trauma resolution, energy medicine and a rapid detox process via Colon Hydrotherapy - lovingly facilitated by Angela Burleson of Wellness of life in Sacramento, Ca. I have been on a journey of self study since then and I am honored to share my experiences and protocols to help illuminate the truth about health & our self healing nature. To remove the fear and mystery around disease and empower others through understanding. We are designed to regenerate and thrive.
About Me
All illness is a symptom of a survival mode and all healing begins with understanding. Disease is created by a raging internal war and thriving health comes from making peace with ourselves and feeling truly safe in our bodies.
As a medical intuitive and shamanic guide, I have the honor of helping people to understand the symbolism of their symptoms and the emotional trauma roots of their illnesses. I offer perspectives, reframes, practices and tools to create the inner safety needed for nervous system regulation and to create the necessary conditions to resolve those original wounds. We resolve these fractures through internal cleansing, somatic nervous system rewiring, inner child healing and shamanic shadow integration to meet unmet needs and to reclaim disowned aspects of the self. In this state of integrated wholeness, balance and harmony are restored to all realms and we bask in the peace, joy and effortless presence that is our natural state.
I have 17 years of devoted study and experience with facilitating this sacred process. I have explored endless modalities but am mostly informed through self experimentation and the hundreds of people I have had the honor of working with all these years. I’m honored to share what I have found to be the most powerful tools that work in the gentlest ways. My personal journeys through healing naturally from an aggressive brain cancer, Lyme disease, autoimmune disorders, addiction and severe depression that left me bed ridden for several years have served as initiation experiences into deep understanding and embodiment. All of my various health crises were the same congestion and toxicity expressing themselves through different systems and organs. Now that the roots of that congestion have been resolved through emotional resolution and physical detox, my body is in a permanently regenerative state and I feel peaceful and safe and overjoyed to be alive. When we are in alignment with the truth of who we are, life is a blessing full of grace and ease. It brings me deep fulfillment to share what I have learned and I am honored to help as many people as I can return home to themselves.
We are designed to heal and regenerate with grace and ease. When we are truly ready to heal, we begin to slow down. We start to listen to what our pain is trying to tell us instead of pushing it away. Our bodies are full of wisdom and they are waiting to guide us home. All we have to do is soften towards ourselves. To create the space. To become still enough to hear our soft inner voice and be willing to feel what needs to be felt.
